Our jewellery is made of stainless steel plated with 18k gold, making it hypoallergenic, waterproof, sweat-proof, anti-tarnish, and safe for sensitive
skin. It is nickel, lead, and cadmium-free. To maintain its longevity, keep it away from sharp objects and friction. To increase longevity, wipe it with
a muslin cloth and store it in our boxes. Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes as they can affect the product's longevity.

Once the order is placed it is processed within 2-3 business days
(Monday-Saturday) and delivered to customers in 2-4 days.

We have a convenient 2-day return policy but ONLY for unused and unworn items
that still have the tags attached to them. We refund the amount within 15 days of requesting the return of the item. Refund form will be only store credit valid for 90 days. You can exchange an item purchased on www.kaoribyshreya.com with the same item or another one. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
