HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

- Shopping at Kaori is easy breezy! Once you’ve found what you like, choose a standard or custom size (please be sure to refer to our sizing guide) and click on ADD TO CART but if you’re in a hurry click on BUY IT NOW.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

- Setting up an account helps us to get to know you better, and you’d be in the loop with all that’s happening but if you really can’t be bothered, you can shop anonymously.

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES KAORI SHIP TO?

Kaori ships within India and Internationally. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN INDIA?

We offer free shipping for all orders within India! For COD orders we charge INR 100 per KG.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES?

- For Orders below 40,000, we charge INR 1,500 per KG, Orders above 40,000. Shipping is free.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM AFTER I JUST PLACED AN ORDER?

- Unfortunately we are unable to add any items to an existing order, however you can place a new order anytime you feel like.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We usually process all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability) so email/call us immediately in case you need to cancel. However, once your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working day, through the same mode of payment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most of our orders are received within 10 - 14 working days. If you need something in a hurry please email us.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed. We at KAORI send you a mail with your tracking details. You can contact us on info@kaoribyshreya.com for order related assistance.

WHAT IF SOMETHING I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED?

Email or call us right away and we can get this sorted for you. Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won't accept damaged returns after that.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN A SALE ITEM?

- You have an option to exchange or get store credit for any item. We do not allow refunds on any items.

SOMETHING I LOVE IS SOLD OUT! WHAT CAN I DO?

- Because we make limited pieces, we tend to sell out fast! So please email us with your preference of size and color and we will do our best to restock the item!

WHEN DOES MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

Your store credit doesn’t have an expiry date (yay) so feel free to use it anytime!

MY SIZE ISN'T AVAILABLE. CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN OUTFIT TO MY SIZE?

- YES! We will gladly customise any garment to your size. You will need to fill out the required measurements when you're placing your order. Feel free to email or call us for further information.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY CUSTOMISED OUTFIT?

- Yes, you may exchange your custom piece or get store credit for it.

HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOMISED ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

- Your customized order will reach you between 12-16 days.
